It stands beside the small port in Colonia de Sant Jordi. Restaurants and shops are located near the beach. A short distance away you can see small boats moored. Boats leave from Colonia de Sant Jordi heading for the island of Cabrera.

In the town centre of Esteiro there is a beach just off the A-road. To get there, turn off towards the fishing port. From the port, cross over a sloping bridge to get to the beach. The beach is bay shaped. There is a promenade.
